Abstract

Abstract: Barbara Rossing calls for Christians to respond to the present kairos moment with respect to climate change by accepting that it is “late, but not too late.” In response, this brief essay offers three conceptual shifts that could help Christians to accept this hopeful stance: a shift from a human-centered narrative to a planet-centered narrative, a shift from guilt to grace, and a shift from human dominance to human dependence.
